What does your day look like? Your day starts with a team catch-up, discussing priority vacancies, active recruitment processes, and new opportunities in the market. From there, you jump into your recruitment activities. You source and approach professionals from across the globe, conduct interviews, assess experience and motivations, and match candidates with exciting opportunities within the energy and maritime sectors. Throughout the day, you'll be in close contact with candidates, providing guidance and keeping them informed during every step of the recruitment process. You'll collaborate with consultants and colleagues across our different offices to ensure the right people are connected to the right projects. Alongside recruitment, you'll focus on building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, keeping candidate information up to date, and staying informed about developments within the Energy and Maritime markets. You may also represent iPS at networking events, career fairs, and industry gatherings to expand your professional network and strengthen our employer brand.
