Recovery Specialist DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Utilize advanced skip-tracing techniques in order to establish customer contact. • Locate collateral utilizing all company tools and data sources. • Identify accounts that require legal action • Must be able to handle debt collection inbound and outbound calls. • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Adapt to change quickly with the needs of a growing company. • Must comply with all State/Federal Laws and company policies • skip tracing to locate assets or location information Qualifications: • 1 year of relative experience preferred • Effective communication skills • Time management skills • Follow written and/or verbal instructions • Possess strong problem solving and negotiations skills • Ability to display a high level of personal accountability and ownership of work performed • Ability to thrive in a "team first" rather than a "me first" environment • Proficient with Google Suites • Be in good standing
