Home » Receptionist (m/f/d) For our Stoll's Alpina in Schönau am Königssee we are looking to strengthen our team with immediate effect with a dedicated Receptionist (m/f/d) in a permanent position on a full-time or part-time basis. Tasks: • Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests (check-in and check-out) • Information centre - provide extensive information to guests • Guest service • Accompanying guests to their room and explaining the functions • Front Office • Processing and forwarding enquiries, in writing and via the switchboard • Reservation acceptance and processing • Posting services to guest accounts and cash management • Invoice control and invoicing Prerequisites: • Completed training as a hotel specialist, hotel secretary or office clerk • German and good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage • Familiar with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) • Knowledge of hotel management and reservation software is an advantage • High flexibility and ability to work in a team • Willingness to work alternating weekends and public holidays • Strong guest and service orientation • Well-groomed appearance and manners • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of contact with guests • Well-groomed appearance and positive charisma You can expect friendly staff in an upscale family hotel with charm and atmosphere and good pay. We have prepared a wonderful programme for these festive days, which we would like to present to you: During the festive season, we are particularly pleased that our chef will once again spoil you with upscale 3-course menus in our restaurant, including delicious game dishes prepared by our hunter friend from Maxlrain Castle in Chiemgau. Enjoy our festive 4-course gala dinner on New Year's Eve. Afterwards we celebrate in our lobby with live music and dancing until the early hours. After a toast to the New Year, we invite you to our traditional doughnut meal.
