Description
Key Responsibilities: • Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally • Accurately transfer calls or take detailed messages • Greet clients, staff, and guests upon arrival and direct them as needed • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area • Receive and disburse mail, deliveries, and faxes correctly • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff • Maintain a positive and client-focused attitude to enhance client experience • Assist   with data entry and   maintaining   accurate   records • Monitor and replenish office supplies Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferred • Proven ability to handle high call volumes in a professional manner • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Attention to detail and   a high level   of accuracy • Reliable transportation is   required • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset What We Offer: • Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance • 401k benefits that include a company match and are eligible for immediate enrollment. • Paid Time Off • Paid holidays • Free gym membership Job Overview: Anderson Injury Lawyers, headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, has been practicing law since 2006 and has offices across the DFW area including two offices in Dallas and two in Fort Worth.
