Job Description BMW of Fort Washington is looking to add a full time Receptionist/Cashier to our service team! Summary: A Cashier receives payment for products or services sold by the dealership and plays a key role in maintaining or creating customer satisfaction throughout the business transaction. Essential Duties: • - Greet customers • - Compute customer bills • -Answers incoming service calls • - Receive and record cash, checks and credit card payments from customers • - Reconcile cash drawer daily • - Answer customer questions about services performed or products purchased Qualifications: • - One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • - Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction • - Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills MileOne Autogroup is an equal opportunity employer and we maintain a drug free work environment.
