Reception Teacher
Location: Bolton
Start Date: September
Contract: Full Time, Monday-Friday
Salary: Paid in line with the Main Pay Scales
A welcoming and well-regarded Primary School in Bolton is seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join their team. This is a full-time position, ideal for a teacher who is passionate about Early Years education and committed to giving children the very best start to their school journey.

The Role:
• Full responsibility for planning, delivering and assessing in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating engaging, play-based and inclusive learning opportunities
• Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development
• Monitoring pupil progress and using assessment to inform next steps
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Working closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders
• Contributing to staff meetings, planning sessions and wider school life
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within Early Years (Reception experience desirable)
• Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment framework
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning
• Be enthusiastic, patient and a positive team player
