These are your responsibilities: • You are the primary contact person for guest inquiries, ensuring high service quality and guest satisfaction. • You handle all guest correspondence proactively and competently, and answer phone calls. • You ensure a professional check-in and check-out process for guests, handling payments and invoices. • You engage in sales activities to strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers. • You are responsible for maintaining and updating guest data, managing reservations, and assisting with administrative tasks. • You collaborate closely with other departments. What you bring: • You are open, communicative, and dedicated. • Independent work and accuracy come naturally to you. • You enjoy interacting with guests. • Service orientation is in your DNA. • You have good IT skills. • Foreign language skills and professional experience are an advantage.
