Real Estate Solicitor | Leeds (Top UK Firm) | Senior Associate | (6+ PQE) We are currently working with a highly regarded, national law firm with a strong presence in Leeds, who are looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading real estate practice acting on significant, complex projects across both the private and public sectors. The Role • You will join a well-established and collaborative real estate team, working on a broad mix of high-quality matters including: • Large-scale development and regeneration projects • Acquisitions and disposals for developers and investors • Landlord and tenant matters • Real estate elements of infrastructure, housing and public sector schemes • Portfolio management and asset management work • The team works across a variety of sectors, delivering commercially focused advice on complex and often multi-disciplinary transactions. • You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners, with genuine client exposure and the ability to contribute to key relationships from an early stage.
