Real Estate Solicitor | Leeds (Top UK Firm) | Senior Associate | (6+ PQE) We are currently working with a highly regarded, national law firm with a strong presence in Leeds, who are looking to appoint a Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading real estate practice acting on significant, complex projects across both the private and public sectors. The Role • You will join a well-established and collaborative real estate team, working on a broad mix of high-quality matters including: • Large-scale development and regeneration projects • Acquisitions and disposals for developers and investors • Landlord and tenant matters • Real estate elements of infrastructure, housing and public sector schemes • Portfolio management and asset management work • The team works across a variety of sectors, delivering commercially focused advice on complex and often multi-disciplinary transactions. • You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners, with genuine client exposure and the ability to contribute to key relationships from an early stage. The Team • The wider real estate group is recognised nationally and offers: • A broad spread of high-value, complex work • Strong involvement in public sector and regeneration projects • A reputation for commercial, pragmatic advice • A collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach across offices • The team advises a range of clients including developers, investors, local authorities and major corporates, with particular strength in urban regeneration, housing and investment work.
