Property Solicitor (Residential & Commercial) Prime London Real Estate £60-70k + 33% commission on 3 x salary A rare opportunity to join a well-regarded, entrepreneurial London firm with a strong reputation across both residential and commercial property . This role offers genuine breadth, autonomy, and a highly attractive, uncapped bonus structure designed to properly reward billing performance. The Role You will handle a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters, with flexibility to shape your practice depending on your strengths and interests. Expect to advise on: • Residential conveyancing (including high-value transactions) • Commercial acquisitions and disposals • Landlord & tenant matters • Development support work • Secured lending transactions You’ll be working in a collaborative environment but with the freedom to run your own matters and build your own client relationships. The Offer • £60,000 base salary • Bonus: 33% on billings over 3x salary (clear, transparent, and lucrative) • Hybrid working model • Strong pipeline of work • Real scope to progress and grow your practice The Ideal Candidate • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE • Experience across both residential and commercial property • Commercially minded with an interest in building relationships Why This Role?
