Job title: Real Estate Partner (Residential Development) Location: Southampton Salary: £90k-£120k - depending on experience PQE Level: 10+ Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: Full-time I'm working with a top-tier national law firm seeking a Commercial Property Partner to join its award-winning Real Estate division. Known for advising three of the UK's top five housebuilders, this firm offers high-quality work across land acquisition, planning, development, and plot sales. You'll ideally bring a client following or currently act for a panelled PLC housebuilder. However, more crucially, the team is seeking strong business development skills, market reputation, and a proven billing track record. You will lead complex development work and play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth and success of the department.
