Associate / Senior Associate – Real Estate (4+ PQE) Edinburgh or Glasgow | Leading Scottish Practice | Competitive Package A highly regarded national law firm is looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its established Real Estate team , with a particular focus on the rapidly growing Living Sector . This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Scotland’s busiest and most respected commercial property teams, advising a diverse mix of public and private sector clients on the delivery of homes across multiple tenures. The role offers exposure to a broad and varied workload, including: • Acquisitions and disposals • Development and funding structures • Large-scale residential delivery projects • Commercial property transactions across a range of sectors • Drafting, negotiating and implementing key transactional documents You will play a hands-on role in transactions from an early stage, working closely with clients, agents and internal stakeholders, while helping to shape and deliver major property projects. The Opportunity This position would suit a commercially minded lawyer looking to deepen their sector expertise in real estate while building strong client relationships within a high-performing and collaborative team. You will have the chance to: • Work with a broad portfolio of major real estate clients • Develop specialist knowledge within the Living Sector • Take on meaningful client contact and transactional responsibility • Support and mentor junior team members • Get involved in business development and networking initiatives • Build a long-term career within a market-leading practice About You You will ideally have: • 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property / real estate • Strong transactional experience • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills • A commercial, pragmatic approach to legal advice • Strong relationship-building and communication skills • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • A genuine interest in the property sector and market trends Why Apply?
