£15.28 - 15.28 per hour Job Type: Full Time Duties: Location: ST5 Pay Rate: £15.28 per hour Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 14:00 to 22:00 Start Date: Immediate starts available The Role We are currently recruiting for experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a fast-paced food manufacturing site based in ST5. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing, stable work with immediate starts available, with the potential to secure a permanent position. Please note: This role involves working in a freezer environment at temperatures of up to -18°C for a couple of hours a day, therefore the ability to work in these conditions is essential. Full PPE is provided, including thermal jackets and protective clothing suitable for low temperatures Shift Patterns & Working Days • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00 Key Responsibilities • Operating a Reach Truck in a safe and efficient manner • Using a Pedestrian Pallet Truck (PPT) where required • Transporting goods across warehouse and freezer areas • Loading and unloading deliveries • Picking and moving stock accurately • Following all health & safety and site procedures • Supporting general warehouse duties when needed Requirements • Valid Reach Truck licence – essential • Minimum 1 year experience operating a Reach Truck – essential • PPT (Pedestrian Pallet Truck) experience/licence – preferred • Previous experience in a warehouse or food production environment • Must be comfortable working in freezer temperatures when needed(-18°C) • Reliable, punctual, and able to work set shift patterns • Available to start immediately What’s on Offer • Competitive hourly rates at £15.28/h • Full-time, ongoing work • Structured weekly shifts • Immediate start • Temp to perm opportunity after 12 weeks for the right candidates • PPE and full support provided If you have the required licences and experience and are ready for your next opportunity, apply today with your CV to be considered, or call Simona at 01782 712230.
