We are seeking Reach Forklift Drivers to join the Impact / Howdens team based in Raunds, NN9 6RJ. If you want to work for an extraordinary, rapidly growing, internationally recognised company, that TRULY rewards their staff for their hard work then read on… SHIFTS & PAY RATES ROTATING SHIFT Monday - Friday - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm We do not offer FIXED shift Paying £14.41/hour rising to £17.29/hour after 12 weeks NIGHTSHIFT Sunday - Thursday - 10pm - 6am Paying £15.26/hour rising to £18.25/hour after 12 weeks, Plus opportunity to earn up to an additional £3/hr personal performance bonus on both shifts Perks: • Personal Performance Bonus • All 40 hours paid - Including lunch break • Regular Overtime available • Free On-Site Gym • Subsidised Restaurant • Temp to Perm opportunities • Free hot & cold drinks from the vending machines • Weekly pay • Free on-site Physiotherapist • Full training given • Potential to upskill • Christmas closure As the ideal candidate you will be expected to: • Have previous experience of operating a Reach Forklift Truck with accredited certification (We can expect expired certicates) • Continuously work in a safe manner to adhere to health and safety rules. • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures. • Quality checking of products. • Use manual handling to safely stack and band products. • Perform housekeeping duties to ensure high hygiene levels for all shifts. • Working additional hours/shifts when the company requires. Commutable from: Northampton, Wellingborough, Corby, Kettering, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Thrapston, Rushden, Oundle and Bedford - Public transport will not run from these locations in line with shift times We may not be able to respond immediately, please allow up to 72 hours from expressing your interest.
