What you will be doing • Review and process lease contracts to ensure accurate activation and booking. • Coordinate with internal functional teams and OpCos to activate lease contracts and originate Ricoh Capital contracts. • Investigate and resolve contract rejections in collaboration with OpCos. • Manage contract administration activities, including amendments and updates. • Support contract termination processes in line with company procedures. • Assist with lease contract sell-off activities to both internal and external leasing companies. • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and month-end operational reports. • Ensure all orders and contracts comply with internal policies, procedures, and approval requirements. • Maintain high data quality standards to protect the integrity of the Ricoh Capital lease portfolio. • Identify and mitigate non-approved risks through thorough contract review and validation. • Support continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives within the leasing operations function. You will ideally have • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) completed. • Fluent English (minimum B2 level). • Spanish language is additional asset. • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess, review, and validate information effectively. • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. • Ability to work in a structured environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities. • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. • Previous experience working with documentation, administrative processes, or data management and analysis is preferred.
