ROLE SUMMARY The selected rapporteur will be responsible for documenting the three-day training by capturing key discussions, highlights, outcomes, and recommendations. The rapporteur will synthesize the proceedings into a comprehensive and well-structured report that accurately reflects the learning, voices, experiences, and contributions of participants. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Attending all 3 days of the training and documenting the sessions comprehensively. • Capturing key discussions, participant contributions, recommendations, notable quotes, and outcomes throughout the training. • Identifying and documenting key insights, changes, commitments, and action points shared during the sessions. • Synthesizing group discussions and reflections into a clear, comprehensive, and well-structured report. • Working closely with the project team to ensure all critical information is accurately captured. • Submitting a comprehensive, well-edited final training report within the agreed timeline. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Applicants should: • Be currently based in Kakamega County. • Have proven experience in rapporteur work, report writing, or documentation of workshops, trainings, or similar events. • Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information accurately.
