Description
Title: Railroad Construction Operations Manager Direct Reports: Superintendents, Area Admins, Specialty Craft (Mechanics, Welders, Drivers)   Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, this role is the key leader/ manager of all operations and administrative functions for the geographic area. This role may have multiple direct reports including operations, sales and administrative functions. While this role required operational expertise, the role is strongly weighted on business management functions.
