Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a technically strong engineer with experience in product design, development, or mechanical engineering, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Requirements • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. • Experience working in engineering design, R&D, or product development roles. • Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes. • Experience with engineering analysis, testing, and design validation activities. • Proficiency with CAD software and technical documentation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional engineering teams. Desirable • Experience in precision engineering or high-specification manufacturing environments. • Familiarity with regulated industries or applications requiring high levels of quality and reliability. • Knowledge of design for manufacture (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles. • Exposure to testing, validation, or product qualification processes.
