Read more about our story at: www.iplglobal.com The role As a Quality Technician at IPL you will: • Monitoring an entire production process and performing regular tests to identify potential problems and malfunctions in the early stages. • Carry out First-off checks to ensure compliance with product specifications. • Inspecting raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity. • Identifying the root causes of production issues. • Preparing reports and documentation on malfunctions and corrective measures. • Collate production data for reporting purposes. • Be able understand instructions for testing and be able to retain knowledge from quality documentation. • Tracking quality assurance goals. • Working with internal teams to improve the quality of products, to enhance customer satisfaction. • Inspect and monitor the goods out process against customer specification. • High housekeeping standards. • Good time keeping, be able to manage and prioritise your own workload. • Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
