We’re looking for a Quality & Reliability Engineer to join an innovative high-tech engineering environment focused on next-generation semiconductor technologies.
In this role, you will work closely with R&D and cross-functional development teams to ensure robust quality and reliability standards are built into advanced Front-End technology processes from the earliest stages of development.
What you’ll be doing
• Defining and translating customer and business quality requirements into measurable engineering standards
• Driving reliability strategies for new technology developments
• Performing risk assessments using tools such as FMEA, 8D, DoE, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Supporting failure analysis activities and reliability investigations
• Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing partners to improve process quality
• Leading and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and quality teams
• Managing and reporting on project quality activities within multidisciplinary development programs
What we’re looking for
• Master’s degree in Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in quality and reliability engineering
• Knowledge of semiconductor Front-End technologies (GaN / III-V technologies highly desirable)
• Experience with statistical analysis methods and quality tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working independently while thriving in collaborative international teams
