Quality Assurance Technician The Role: Reporting to the Quality Manager, the QA Technician will play a vital role in maintaining and improving product quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Investigate quality/production issues in a professional and diligent manner • Identify, document, and support resolution of quality issues • Conducting internal process audits to ensure conformance and effectiveness of the Quality System. • Escalation of Quality Issues where necessary & conduct non-conformance investigations when required. • Ensure that adequate processes and procedures are in place and followed for all Quality activities. • Develop, prepare and maintain systems and records of control processes. • Review and approval of Design History Records (DHR) by obtaining and verifying the contents of DHR’s against the relevant documentation requirements. • Carry out routine and non-routine quality checks • Use measurement tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers, gauges) • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions • Review and maintain quality documentation in line with ISO standards • Support audits and continuous improvement activities • Promote a clean, safe working environment in line with health & safety policy What You’ll Need: • Level 6 qualification in Quality Assurance (or related) • 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production setting • Experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of cGMP and GDP principles. • Exposure to quality systems, procedures, and tools • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Interested Applicants should apply online and a member of the Harmonics team will be in touch.
