Requirements • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Technical Administration or Process Quality role. • Experience within the food industry is highly desirable. • Good understanding of food industry standards such as BRCGS, HACCP, BRCGS Agents & Brokers and Food Manufacturing Standards. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documentation thoroughly and accurately. • Comfortable analysing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and internal departments. • Able to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing customer requirements. • Strong Microsoft Office skills. • Willingness to travel occasionally within Ireland and mainland Europe. The Ideal Candidate • Enjoy analysing processes and improving how things are done. • Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate work. • Be confident communicating with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders. • Be comfortable questioning information rather than simply accepting it. • Be proactive, organised and responsive, ensuring customer requests and quality issues are dealt with quickly. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day. • Have previous exposure to food industry quality systems and understand the importance of compliance, documentation and customer service.
