JOB PURPOSE
In charge of managing lab equipment, including qualification, calibration, maintenance, and all other activities related to the lab equipment according to GMP, GLP requirements and data integrity compliance.
Responsible for HSE-related activities in the lab, including monitoring actions from safety risk report (SRR), gemba, and other activities according to HSE requirements .
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Plan calibration schedules, monitor, and carry out periodic equipment calibration
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to QC equipment
• Plan maintenance, monitor, and coordinate with suppliers to perform equipment maintenance
• Manage consumables for equipment and plan purchases to ensure replacements when damaged
• Create protocols and perform qualification for new and periodic equipment including IQ/OQ/PQ and CSV if applicable
• Create and modify analytical methods on equipment as required
• Conduct user reviews and periodic calibration results as needed
• Perform data backup and recovery for equipment as required
• Conduct assessments and requirements related to data integrity of laboratory equipment
• Follow up on actions related to lab safety issues from SRR, gemba, etc.
• Manage 5S activities in the laboratory
• Perform tasks according to GLP/GMP requirements as assigned by site QC Lead and report monthly on the tasks
• Support the QC manager on-the-job training for new employees.
• Strictly follow standard operating procedures and factory regulations.
• Participate in HSE activities as required by the company.
Education: Bachelor/ Chemical Engineer or University Pharmacist
Related experience: At least 1 years in management of QC lab equipment
