We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
Star Trek Fleet Command is a standout success in the gaming industry. Launched in 2018, our in-house developed 4X Strategy MMO has continually evolved, earning its place as one of the top-grossing games on the market.

Own the quality strategy for LiveOps releases, ensuring effective planning, risk assessment and test coverage across live content.
Partner with Product, Engineering, LiveOps, Release Management and Customer Support to identify risks early and support successful releases.
Coordinate testing across internal teams and external QA partners, ensuring quality standards, priorities and delivery expectations are consistently met.
Drive continuous improvements across QA processes, tooling, reporting and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability and release confidence.
Monitor live game quality following releases, partnering with Engineering and Customer Support to investigate issues, prioritize improvements and drive post-release learnings.
Contribute to the broader QA leadership team by helping define quality initiatives, standardize best practices and support the continued growth of the QA organization.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing QA teams within software development or live service environments.
Experience managing performance, coaching team members and supporting career development.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance principles and release management practices.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver complex releases in Agile environments.
Ability to balance quality, business priorities and delivery timelines while making informed risk-based decisions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data and clear quality insights.
Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, including external QA partners.
Familiarity with modern QA tools such as Jira, TestRail or similar platforms.
Bonus Points
Experience working on mobile free-to-play games or live service products.
Experience testing backend configurations, events or LiveOps content.
Familiarity with automation frameworks and quality engineering practices.
Experience using tools such as Datadog, Google Play Console or App Store Connect.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Passion for strategy, MMO or live service games.
