We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to take ownership of the quality of our Simulator Experience focusing on hardware‑centric components such as moving floors, screens, impact systems, and future simulator innovations. In this role, you will ensure that new features and hardware integrations meet Trackman’s high standards for stability, performance, and user experience. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and Head of QA to define test strategies, validate releases, and ensure that our simulator hardware behaves reliably in real‑world environments. Guiding a Student Tester will be part of your work, but your primary responsibility is driving quality across simulator‑related hardware. Key Responsibilities Quality Ownership Own the quality of simulator‑related hardware components, including moving floors, screens, impact systems, and upcoming innovations. Test Planning & Release Validation Analyse release content and create focused test plans for simulator hardware updates and integrations. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Head of QA to align testing with product goals and quality standards. Perform hands‑on testing, including hitting shots when needed to validate real‑world behaviour. Coordinate release testing and bug-triaging with QA leads of software products in the simulator experience (Trackman Performance Studio & Virtual Golf). We want you to flag if any integration or dependency in the entire simulator experience will suffer from a release in one of the sub-products within the simulator experience.   Telemetry & Performance Insights Evaluate telemetry from simulator releases and maintain performance dashboards. Identify trends, anomalies, and regressions in hardware behaviour. Contribute to new telemetry signals that improve visibility into simulator performance. Supporting a Student Tester Provide structure, direction, and feedback to a Student Tester to ensure efficient execution of test cases. Delegate well‑defined tasks while maintaining full ownership of quality outcomes. What do we offer?
