€2700 • €3500 / Monthly rate Permanent Athens | Remote Our client is a fast-growing digital insurance broker operating across Greece and Cyprus with 150 employees and a product portfolio spanning five insurance verticals. The role exists to build the automation foundation that keeps quality pace with a product team that moves fast and ships often. The Role You will own the end-to-end test automation framework using Playwright for the web app and API test suites via Postman and Newman. Within your first six months you will achieve 70% automated regression coverage, integrate tests into the CI pipeline and introduce performance baseline tests. You will work embedded in the core product squad with direct influence over how quality is built into the development process from the ground up. What You'll Bring • 3+ years of QA automation experience in a product or software development environment • Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium for browser automation • Proven ability to write and maintain API tests using Postman, RestAssured or equivalent • Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for test scripting • Solid understanding of CI/CD integration and quality gate implementation Nice to Have • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification • Exposure to performance testing tools such as k6 or JMeter • Experience in insurance or financial services technology environments What's in it for You €2,700 – €3,500 Gross / Month depending on experience and technical background.
