We work with leading technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake, and combine strong engineering culture with a consulting mindset and a continuous focus on growth and knowledge sharing.   About the Client: Industry leading provider of software and AI solutions for the temporary staffing, cleaning services and personal security industries.   Your profile:   10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 3 years in a Lead QA, QA Architect, or similar role, practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery. hands-on experience designing and building frontend test automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright or Selenium, proven experience creating backend test automation frameworks from scratch, preferably using RestSharp, practical knowledge of designing and configuring CI/CD pipelines in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab, experience with Consumer-Driven Contract Testing using tools like Pact, good understanding of cloud environments, particularly AWS or Azure (experience with both is highly valued), solid knowledge of Git , including the ability to define and recommend branching strategies, strong programming skills in C# , with willingness to work with or learn additional languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Java, experience creating Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for test automation frameworks, evaluating different solutions, and presenting recommendations to customers, ability to define comprehensive test strategies for projects and establish quality policies at the customer level, experience conducting QA assessments, identifying process improvements, and driving quality initiatives, strong estimation skills covering testing activities throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle, previous experience mentoring and supporting other QA engineers, good understanding of software architecture patterns and their impact on testing approaches, experience designing test strategies and working in Agile development environments, comfortable working in an AI-native engineering environment , using Specification-Driven Development (SDD) frameworks such as OpenSpec to structure requirements, implementation plans, validation, and traceability, excellent organizational and time management skills, willingness to travel when required, professional English proficiency (B2 or higher).     You will be:     designing end-to-end test strategies for new projects, covering manual and automated testing, functional and non-functional testing, and all testing levels, selecting the most suitable test automation tools, creating Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and presenting recommendations with the pros and cons of different solutions, setting up test automation frameworks from scratch, implementing testing processes, writing automated tests, leading QA activities, and preparing test estimations, conducting QA assessments for existing projects by reviewing
