The Sales Associate represents the Company towards the customer. He/she is a sales professional in the luxury goods sector and applies this professionalism in promoting the corporate image, in the Store's turnover as well as in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities: Sell shirts and accessories in accordance with the stores objectives and achieve daily sales goals Deliver exceptional shopping experience for every customer to exceed their expectations Respond to customer requests including after-sales service Assist with opening and closing procedures, including daily inventory counts Perform cashiering function and daily housekeeping Assist with in-store events Requirements 2 - 5 years of retail experience preferably in high-end fashion industry Pleasant, presentable, energetic and results driven Service-oriented and a good team player Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin Benefits 8 days regular off per month 17 public holidays 12 to 18 days annual leave Guaranteed commission during probation Monthly commissions Birthday leave Marriage leave Medical Insurance Exclusive staff discounts Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Associate.
