The Opportunity We're   looking for Graduates to join our Audit team in   Ōtautahi /Christchurch,   commencing   in February 2027. Our Audit team builds trust in how organisations report their performance.   You’ll   be part of delivering audits that give stakeholders clarity and confidence, combining technical   expertise   with open communication.   It’s   work that goes beyond compliance - financial assurance helps organisations make better decisions and grow with confidence. PwC’s Audit team works with some of New Zealand’s highest profile, most interesting and pioneering businesses and it’s the combination of our market-leading tools and technology, combined with the   experience and expertise of our people that really make a difference, for both our clients and people in the firm. As part of our Christchurch team,   you'll   be part of a smaller, diverse office where you can build strong relationships, get involved in a great office culture and gain exposure to a variety of work. There may also be travel involved, giving you the opportunity to work with different clients and teams. A role in Audit means that   you’ll   learn how to unravel complex financial situations, collaborate with industry leading professionals, and utilise   cutting-edge   technology.   You’ll   contribute to making a meaningful impact on the success and trustworthiness of businesses in New Zealand. What   you'll   bring • Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Science, Bachelor of Psychology, Bachelor of Data Analytics, Bachelor of Management Studies, Bachelor of Mathematics, Bachelor of   Science   or a similar degree. • Be in your final year of study or have recently graduated. • Intention to complete, or be on the pathway towards, a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), CPA   Australia   or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). • Strong academic performance. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong numerical,   analytical   and problem-solving skills. • A proactive attitude,   curiosity   and willingness to learn. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with clients,   colleagues   and different teams. • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. • A collaborative approach and the ability to work well in a team. • An interest in variety and the ability to adapt across different clients,   teams   and types of work. • A well-rounded background, including work, sport, volunteering,   leadership   or extracurricular activities. • Tech-savviness and a willingness to work with audit tools,   data   and emerging technology. We do  have a preference for  those who are on the trajectory towards a professional qualification like those offered by Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), Chartered Professional Accountants Australia (CPA )  or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Eligibility : Applications are open to New Zealand or Australian citizens and permanent residents.
