PV & BESS Service Partner Manager Milan, Italy Main Responsibilities: Area of competence: Data Center Power Supply (UPS systems, battery systems), EV Charger plant, PV and Utility BESS plants. Coordinated O&M bidding processes, collecting customer requirements and preparing BOQ, technical and commercial documentation Performed technical and economic evaluation of service partner proposals, supporting management decisions on costs, risks and profitability. Ensured compliance with contractual and customer requirements, supporting acceptance and payment phases. Collaborated with internal technical teams and external vendors to deliver executable and competitive service solutions. Managed budget monitoring for service partner activities, control of the revenue and cost associated to O&M service. Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services within one or more of the following sectors: Data Center Power Supply (UPS systems and battery systems), EV Charging Infrastructure, PV Plants, and Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Proven experience in O&M tendering and bid preparation, including BOQ and technical/commercial documentation. Ability to evaluate technical and commercial proposals from service partners and subcontractors. Knowledge of service contracts, customer requirements, and acceptance processes. Experience in budget monitoring, cost control, and profitability analysis. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent Italian and English. The compensation package can be up to €60,000 gross per year, plus a performance-based bonus up to 2 additional monthly salary.
