Location: Lovosice (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site)
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain production schedules based on forecasts and customer demand.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and proactively address supply risks.
• Monitor shipments and collaborate with logistics partners to support on-time delivery.
• Manage planning reports and maintain accurate data in SAP and MRP systems.
• Analyse capacity, inventory, and supply chain performance to support operational decisions.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for planning and supply issues.
• Support planning projects, process improvements, and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
• Communicate planning updates and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in production planning, supply planning, operational buying, or supply chain operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and prevent issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Logistics or supplier coordination experience is a plus.
