Role Overview: The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement activities, supplier relationships, and cost control to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement purchasing policies and strategies. Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality. Maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries. Monitor and control purchasing budgets and expenses. Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies. Optimize inventory management to prevent shortages and overstocking. Prepare and present purchasing reports to senior management. Candidate Requirements: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. 6+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems. Experience in hospitality or event management procurement is preferred. Ability to analyze financial data and identify cost efficiencies. Strong communication and leadership skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple supplier contracts.
