With years of experience in aluminium rolling division, it is one of the most important aluminium industries in the European and international markets. Key Accountabilities • Process purchase orders in the Company's systems and files (predominantly SAP & Excel) • Check data accuracy in orders and supply chain documentation • Contact vendors to obtain missing information or answer queries • Control the flow of incoming materials via communications with vendors • Handle order pricing formalities • Maintain purchasing reporting records • Handle claims communications with vendors • Set up follow-up and reminder routines when necessary Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor's Degree ( AEI ) in Business Administration, Finance or a related field • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Advanced skills using MS Office • Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus • Impeccable attention to detail • Time-management skills About the benefits Our Company provides a dynamic working environment, in which cooperation and continuous learning are encouraged and career development relates to performance.
