Essel is looking for dedicated Punch Prep/Finished Carpenters to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on completing the finishing touches on various projects, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Perform detailed punch list work, including installation and adjustments of trim, cabinets, and doors. Finish carpentry tasks such as sanding, staining, and painting to achieve a professional finish. Install fixtures and hardware with precision. Inspect work for quality and adherence to project specifications. Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter, preferably in residential or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Attention to detail and a high standard for quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift materials as needed.
