We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Purchasing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Supporting the Purchasing Manager with day-to-day procurement activities • Monitoring and updating the ERP system to ensure accurate purchasing information and proper stock control • Preparing purchase requisitions and purchase orders • Maintaining and updating purchasing records, supplier information, and pricing data • Coordinating with the Shipping Department and following up on delayed or rescheduled orders • Assisting with general administrative tasks related to the purchasing function • Contribute to the migration process to SAP, conciquently any SAP experience will be considered an asset
