We are looking for a Public Sales & Key Account Consultant in the Public Sector Department. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong “doer” mindset , a high level of autonomy, and a results-oriented approach , capable of combining presales, sales, and public-sector project management . The role requires continuous interaction with public-sector organizations, proactive opportunity development, active contribution to commercial performance, and availability for business travel. #YourRole in more detail Presales & Opportunity Development Identify and assess the needs of public sector organizations and shape tailored solutions Participate in techno-commercial presentations and meetings with decision makers Develop specifications and proposals aligned with the company’s portfolio Support strategic positioning in upcoming tenders Public Sector Engagement Develop and maintain relationships with municipalities, regions, ministries, and other public bodies Monitor public sector needs and procurement planning Coordinate meetings, site visits, and on-site presentations Represent the company in institutional and professional forums Sales & Key Account Management Manage the public sector project pipeline from lead generation to contract award Achieve commercial targets (revenue, margin, win rate) Prepare and submit competitive offers with strong commercial positioning Negotiate terms and support contract finalization Commercial Department Support Prepare financial and technical offers across all product categories Liaise with partners/suppliers to gather quotations and technical data Handle pricing and order management for vehicles and related equipment Monitor deliveries and coordinate logistics Collaborate internally with back-office teams to ensure smooth information flow Market & Competitive Analysis Systematically monitor tenders and the competitive landscape Identify new products/solutions with commercial potential Prepare reports and recommendations to support commercial strategy What will you bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in tenders, procurement, or companies participating in public sector contracts) Good understanding of technical specifications related to vehicles and machinery Experience in presales / B2G sales / public tenders is considered a strong asset Ability to manage large volumes of documentation with attention to detail Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong coordination skills across multiple departments (commercial, logistics, finance) Analytical thinking, organization, multitasking, and deadline management Market scouting and competitive benchmarking capabilities Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages
