More About the Role   At Burson, our Consumer team sits at the intersection of culture, conversation and creativity, delivering campaigns that people genuinely engage with and talk about. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play an active role in shaping integrated campaigns across earned media, influencer, social and digital channels for some of the world’s most recognised brands.   Working closely with Account Directors and Client Leads, you’ll help bring ideas to life through media engagement, creator partnerships, activations and content that drives real audience connection and cultural impact.   This is a fast paced, high visibility role where no two days look the same. You’ll build strong media and creator relationships, contribute ideas that elevate campaigns, mentor junior team members and gain exposure across the full agency landscape, from strategy and content through to reporting and new business.   We’re ideally looking for a Sydney based Consumer focused SAE with strong PR fundamentals and a passion for the evolving media and digital landscape. Experience or interest in areas such as influencer engagement, data and intelligence, social/content, paid social or earned creative will be highly regarded.   If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves spotting trends before they peak and wants to grow within a global communications agency working on iconic brands — we’d love to hear from you.   What  You’ll  Do   Help bring integrated consumer campaigns to life across earned, influencer, social and digital channels Build strong relationships with journalists, creators and key industry contacts to secure standout coverage and partnerships Develop compelling media materials, pitches, social copy and campaign content that cuts through crowded feeds and headlines Support the execution of events, launches, creator activations and brand experiences Stay across cultural moments, trends and platform behaviour to help shape relevant campaign ideas and opportunities Track campaign performance, monitor coverage and contribute to insightful reporting and recommendations Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, organisation and strong attention to detail Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative and positive team culture Contribute to new business opportunities, agency initiatives and creative brainstorms   Experience That Contributes  To  Success   Experience within PR, communications or integrated agencies, ideally across consumer or lifestyle brands Strong media relations and storytelling capabilit
