More About The  Role   We're looking for an Account Manager to join Burson Melbourne, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across corporate reputation, public affairs, consumer and integrated communications.   This is a true corpsumer role, with a stronger focus on strategic communications, reputation and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll have the opportunity to shape communications strategies, influence client decision-making and help some of Australia's leading brands and organisations navigate complex communications challenges.   If you're someone who enjoys thinking beyond execution and wants to play a bigger role in strategic communications, this is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your career. You'll gain exposure to reputation management, stakeholder engagement, public affairs and integrated campaigns, while building your capability as a trusted communications advisor.   What You'll Do   Help develop communications strategies, campaign frameworks and client recommendations that deliver meaningful business outcomes   Translate complex business, stakeholder and reputation challenges into clear communications approaches and solutions   Use insights, research and data to inform strategic communications planning and campaign development   Lead day-to-day client relationships and coordinate integrated communications programs across earned, paid and social channels   Develop high-quality content, presentations and communications materials, including thought leadership, media materials and key messages   Identify opportunities to strengthen client programs, contribute to business growth and support new business initiatives   Mentor and support junior team members, helping them grow and deliver exceptional client work   Experience That Contributes  To  Success   4+ years' experience in public relations, corporate communications, public affairs or integrated communications, with exposure to corporate, reputation and/or consumer-facing campaigns   Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience contributing to communications strategies, campaign planning and client recommendations   Excellent writing, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate insights into impactful communications outcomes   Commercially minded, with strong client management capabilities and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and strengthen client relationships   Exposure to strategic adviso
