Throughout its presence in the country, PIN has been contributing to the development of following sectors: Sustainable Livelihood and Environment, Social Inclusion and Protection, Good Governance.   Position overview:  The Psychologist will be responsible for implementing PSS activities, including individual and group counselling for children and adults across different settings while maintaining the confidentiality and safety of beneficiaries Duties & Responsibilities: -        Lead Psycho-Educational and Psychosocial Support Groups: Design and implement psycho-educational and psychosocial support (PSS) group activities for children and adults, addressing their specific needs. -        Provide Individual Counselling: Deliver individual counselling sessions for children and adults, tailored to beneficiaries’ needs, promoting emotional well-being and coping mechanisms. -        Develop and deliver PSS activities adapted to the age, developmental stage, and cultural context of beneficiaries. -        Ensure Confidentiality and Safe Environment: Maintain strict confidentiality and create a safe, supportive environment for all PSS activities. -        Identify individuals at risk and ensure safe and timely referrals in line with established referral pathways. -        Participate in psychosocial assessments, case committees, and service mapping within the area of intervention. -        Prepare regular reports, document PSS activities (individual
