Psychiatrist – Suboxone Program | PHP/IOP | Chattanooga, TN Location: Chattanooga, TN Schedule: Full Time Setting: Partial Hospitalization (PHP) / Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program About the Role We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team in Chattanooga, Tennessee . The ideal candidate will provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients participating in our Suboxone-based addiction treatment program , as well as clinical oversight for our PHP and IOP levels of care . This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist seeking a full-time schedule with meaningful impact in the recovery community. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients receiving Suboxone and related therapies. • Provide medical directorship and clinical oversight for the PHP/IOP programs. • Supervise and collaborate with midlevel providers (NPs/PAs) to ensure quality of care and compliance with treatment protocols. • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input on patient care planning. • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. • Promote an integrated, patient-centered approach to behavioral health and substance use recovery. Qualifications • MD or DO with active Tennessee medical license. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. • DEA license with Suboxone (buprenorphine) waiver. • Prior experience in addiction medicine, PHP/IOP, or dual-diagnosis settings preferred. • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
