Description If you are an experienced Psychiatrist, we have an excellent opportunity for you to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary Outpatient practice. This role is 2 days per week and offers the chance to work in a supportive and professional environment. Working well with children is a must. Responsibilities: • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management services to individuals, adolescents, and children who experience a wide array of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, adult/childhood ADHD, addiction issues, and trauma. • Prescribe and adjust as needed all maintenance medications at least every 90 days. • Document all services provided through electronic medical records system Carelogic. • Become part of a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals providing a diverse set of mental health services across several programs. • Provide limited consultation to other mental health professionals within the agency, will attend Outpatient and Mental Health staff meetings. • Review of clinical and documentation of Mental Health and D & A Programs. • Complete internal DSC (Decision Support Center) power statements • Act as collaborator for Psychiatric CRNP.
