(RN) Provide direct nursing care and clinical support to individuals experiencing mental health conditions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support overall treatment coordination. Department Specific Details: The Walk-In Crisis Center is open 24/7/365 and provides in-person mental health crisis care, information and referrals right when you need it the most. Our services are voluntary and available to people of all ages, no matter your insurance coverage or ability to pay. Location: 4353 E Colfax Ave, Denver   Compensation: Psychiatric Nurse I (LPN) - $30.12/hr - $31.62/hr Psychiatric Nurse II (RN) - $39.06/hr - $40.56/hr Psychiatric Nurse III (BSN) - $43.08 - 44.08/hr Language Differential: $1- $2.50hr     Responsibilities  & Duties: LPN Provide psychological evaluations/problem identification, and crisis interventions. Provide medical case management as needed. Assist consumers with psychological, social development and rehabilitation. Coordinate medical care and intervention with staff and psychiatrist. Draw blood for lab work for consumers. Monitor consumers’ vital signs. Administer intramuscular medications. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards. Participate in team meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required. Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing. Perform other duties as assigned. RN Conduct basic health assessments and monitor vital signs. Administer medications, including intramuscular injections. Draw blood and assist with lab coordination. Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical staff to support medical and psychiatric care. Respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate intervention. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records. Support client engagement in care coordination and referrals to internal or external resources. Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision as needed. Foster a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment. Other duties as assigned   Requirements & Qualifications:     LPN Graduation from accredited school of nursing. Licensed as a Practical Nurse in good standing with the Board of Nursing of the State of Colorado. RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. License must be in good standing.
