Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Reserve Health, a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality services, seeks a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive mental health care in both an ambulatory mental health clinic and a county correctional facility setting.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver mental health services inside a county correctional facility, addressing the unique needs of incarcerated individuals.
• Engage in crisis intervention and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications as needed.
• Provide on-site services - 4 days during the week, 7 am - 6 pm with a 1-hour break.
• Provide remote on-call support to facility staff as part of a call rotation.

• Qualifications:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
• Current and unrestricted PMHNP licensure in North Carolina and DEA
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
