PSP Specialist (Payment Specialist)– Limassol Job Overview We are looking for a PSP Specialist to join our team in Limassol. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of the company’s payment service providers (PSPs) and assist in maintaining smooth and secure payment operations. The successful candidate will help monitor payment performance, support PSP integrations, and assist in resolving payment-related issues. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop experience within the payments and financial services industry. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Monitor daily payment processing activity across multiple PSPs and payment methods. • Assist with onboarding and integration of new Payment Service Providers and payment methods. • Track payment success rates, declines and processing issues with PSPs, merchants or internal teams. • Maintain documentation of PSP configuration, integrations and operational procedures. • Work with Product, Finance and Technical teams to improve payment performance. • Assist in monitoring fraud indicators and payment risk flags. • Generate periodic reports on payment performance and transaction trends. • Support testing when launching new payment features or providers. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, financial services, or a similar operational role is an advantage. • Basic understanding of online payment processing and payment service providers. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams and external partners. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Previous experience in financial services, banking institutions, payment service providers or similar environments will be considered an advantage. ________________________________________ What We Offer • 21 days annual leave • 5 days paid sick leave • Unlimited snacks • Opportunity to grow in the fast-growing fintech and payments industry • Exposure to multiple global payment providers and technologies • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Professional development opportunities
