What You'll Do
The primary location for this role is remote in Baton Rouge, LA but will entail frequent (up to 50%) travel throughout the state. E xpected schedule requirements are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT with some weekends for conferences and/or events . B ilingual in Spanish highly preferred for this role but not required .
As a Provider Engagement Specialist I II (PES) you will work collaboratively with providers in markets where Imagine Pediatrics is contracted to further our mission of increasing safe days at home by delivering care for medically complex children . As part of the Network Development team, you will develop and manage positive, long-term relationships with physicians and groups serving specialty populations . Y ou will serve as a n ambassador and representative of Imagine Pediatrics in your territory with the goal of enroll ing eligible patients and their families in Imagine Pediatrics' app-based care model. In addition, you will :
Manage provider relationships and d rive engagement within your assigned territory or specific market and /or focus on a specialized population.
Execute strategic initiatives, including supporting providers, coordinating events, and addressing day-to-day operational needs and decisions.
Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations in your territory .
P rovide input on central engagement strategies from on-the-ground experience.
Independently handle day-to-day challenges and decision - making and work with the Director on broader , systematic challenges .
Work closely with providers, care teams, and local community organizations to drive brand recognition .
Identify additional engagement opportunities by i ndependently pull ing data from Tableau to share with PCPs .
Mentor and support new and associate- leve l team members
Meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets
Travel within territory as well as within market for team member support and relationship builds . Travel expected 75 % of the time.

Dynamic personality and a knack for developing good interpersonal relationships
Comfort with scientific terminology and ability to seamless ly move through various medical environments, such as hospitals, doctors ' offic es and pharmacies.
Familiarity with several types of providers ( e.g ., Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners) ; pediatrics preferred , but not require d
6+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or market development in a medical or healthcare field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required ; proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
