The Richard Rappa District Office for Farmers Insurance is seeking multiple Agents In Training (Protege Agents) who are ready to build strong customer relationships, develop professionally, and grow within the insurance industry. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to succeed. What You’ll Do As an Agent In Training | Protege Agent , you will help individuals and families identify insurance solutions that fit their needs. Your responsibilities will include: Contacting prospective customers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication methods Following up consistently with leads and prospective customers Asking thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s needs Preparing and presenting insurance quotes Educating customers about available coverage options Selling auto, home, renters, life, business, and other insurance products Cross-selling additional products to new and existing customers Building referral relationships within the community Maintaining accurate records of customer conversations and sales activity Meeting individual and agency sales, activity, and retention goals Participating in sales training, coaching, role-playing, and team meetings Providing professional and responsive service throughout the sales process Following all agency, carrier, and regulatory requirements Ready to Take the Next Step to Potential Agency Ownership?
