Th e role can either be office or hybrid -based (3 days office / 2 days home) . Our office s are located at the modern and vibrant Megapark situated on the main Sofia boulevard ( 115G Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., 1784 ) .

As a Proposal Specialist in our new ly established Center of Excellence, you’ll be part of a global team play ing a key role in shaping how we bring new pharmaceutical products to life—translating complex scientific requirements into compelling, commercially sound proposals for our global clients.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be at the heart of our commercial engine—partnering with sales, technical experts, and operations to build winning proposals.
• Translate client requirements into clear, competitive cost models and proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, assumptions, and pricing strategy
• Support client discussions to ensure proposals are technically accurate and commercially aligned
• Develop high-quality, client-facing proposal documents
• Manage and track opportunities in Salesforce
• Contribute to improving how we price, propose, and win new business

What we’re looking for
• Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent experience)
• ~3+ years’ experience in a professional environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable working with Excel, Word, and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
• Ability to collaborate across global teams
• Experience in pharma or life sciences is helpful—but not essential.
