Join a Well-Known and Reputable Law Firm Gillespie Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a highly thought of law firm based in Sunderland, recognised for their dedication to the outstanding provision of legal services to both individual and commercial clients As part of their expansion, they’re recruiting a Property Solicitor / Legal Executive, to join their dynamic team! Key Responsibilities: • Undertaking legal work for the benefit of the clients of the firm. • Supervising the work of Legal Assistant and others, may from time to time be required. • Participation in business development activities including supporting existing fee earners. • Building, maintaining and nurturing an appropriate network of contacts, referrers and business partners with the aim of winning new work. • Fostering and developing relationships with both existing and past clients to ensure repeat instructions are received. Key Criteria: • Sound relevant experience required, gained within a respected Property team. • Excellent organisational skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Sound legal research skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
