Meet the Property Law team The Property team is a specialist division within LEAP, focused on software solutions for our Property Lawyers & Conveyancers. We’re a cross-functional team of legal professionals, software engineers, designers, and client-focused operational experts, working closely together to deliver practical products and solutions used every day by Property Law firms.  What you'll do As a Property Lawyer or Senior Conveyancer, you'll work closely with a Senior Software Engineer and bring your expertise in property law and conveyancing to understand our clients, to focus on the needs of law firms, and their legal software.  You'll help drive the direction of a key property law solution ensuring everything we build meets the needs of our users, customers and internal teams. The work you do will help define and deliver impactful features that contribute to our overarching mission to “help lawyers who help people”. AI is the future and LEAP is at the forefront technically of applying AI into the legal industry. This is an opportunity for a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer who feels passionately about what's possible through custom technology and AI. To make this happen, you will: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the needs of Property Law & Conveyancing practitioners to provide ongoing feedback to members of product and development teams to help drive the development of these products. Ensure clients use LEAP Property Law in the best possible way. Test and review functionality to ensure it meets the real-work needs of law firms. Educate clients on LEAP Property Law nationally, including delivering demos and webinars, attending seminars, networking events, and relevant conferences. Work directly with clients to deliver training, gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve their workflows. Write legal content to be used in specific property law articles and marketing material. What you'll bring 4+ years of recent experience as a practicing Property lawyer or conveyancer. A strong understanding of and passion for AI technologies and their application within the legal sector.  Experience developing legal content or automated forms related to property law. Strong presentation skills – you can effectively present LEAP features to a group of people and have the ability to read the room. You are the type of person who Is professional and approachable, with high impact communication – you can clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations; communicating in a focused and compelling way that drives others’ thoughts and actions Is a team player who understands that diverse opinions make a team and the benefit of achieving goals and decisions together.
