INTERIM DATA CONSULTANT
SOUTHEAST
Park Avenue are pleased to be working with a Local Authority who require an Interim Data Consultant in their Property department.
• 3-6 month initial contract (likely to run for 12 months).
• Hybrid working.
• This role can be full time or part time.
• Day rate can be negotiable (within reason).
Your role:
This will be focused on creating a structured framework for managing lease and property data, improving visibility of key lease events, and implementing best practice processes traditionally seen in the private sector.
• Establish a robust lease data management framework.
• Audit and assess existing lease data quality and completeness.
• Build critical dates reporting for lease events, including rent reviews, lease expiries, and break options.
• Work collaboratively with the Strategic team to develop processes and governance to ensure data is maintained effectively going forward.
• Identify outstanding lease events and provide meaningful management information.
• Advise stakeholders on data requirements, best practice and programme implementation.
You'll need to:
• Have strong experience managing commercial property or lease data.
• Understand lease terminology and critical lease events.
• Be confident designing data management processes from the ground up.
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
