Property & Asset Management Surveyor – Liverpool City Centre Spencelooker Recruitment An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Property & Asset Management Surveyor to join one of the leading property and asset management teams based in Liverpool city centre . You’ll be working as part of an experienced and high-performing team , managing a UK-wide commercial property portfolio with a total value of over £1 billion pounds . This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio, gain exposure across multiple sectors, and progress within a respected and expanding organisation. The Role: • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property assets across the UK • Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and service charge management • Conduct property inspections and produce regular client reports • Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and re-gears to maximise asset value • Support refurbishment and capital projects through to completion • Work collaboratively with clients, advisors, and managing agents • Contribute to portfolio performance and business growth The Person: • 2–3 years’ experience in commercial property or asset management • RICS qualified or working towards qualification • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills • Proficient in MS Office 365 and property management systems • Full UK driving licence Remuneration: A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered, depending on experience and qualifications.
